Our HR Salary & Benefits Guide 2025 is based on a survey of HR practitioners across a range of sectors, regions and seniority levels in the UK. The study took place between November and December 2024. Key findings from our research include:
- The majority (61%) of respondents reported that their organisation’s outlook for the next 12 months was positive or very positive.
- Just 23% of HR Professionals moved jobs in the last year.
- 53% of HR experts working fully remotely intend to find a new job in 2025.
- The three most common benefits received are: Employee Assistance Programs (64%), Hybrid/Flexible Working (59%) and Health/Life Insurance (50%).
- The three most desired benefits are: Enhanced Pension Scheme (21%), Personal Performance Bonus (20%) and Enhanced Holidays (16%).
